Black Sakura is a newspaper. It regularly publishes a notable Seven-Ten list. In 2454 March, an infiltrator interfered with the composition and/or publication of this list. The packaging of the infamous Canner Device was detected in connection with this crime. This cast suspicion on several parties, including Mycroft Canner.
